Certain privacy laws – domestic and abroad – give individuals the right to request access to, correction and/or deletion of the personal information a company has about them. This is known as Data Subject Rights ("DSR"). At Comscore, we believe individuals should have access to their information regardless of where they are located. For more information on how individuals can submit a DSR request, please visit our DSR page.
Comscore works with trusted vendors, suppliers, and third-parties who provide support to our services, products, and practices. For more information please visit Comscore’s Privacy Partners Page.
Global privacy laws may differentiate between the controller and processor of personal information. In general, Comscore is a controller of personal information collected by Comscore digital measurement and panel technologies. There are circumstances where Comscore may be a processor for digital audience measurement due to the restricted processing activities and data flow.
Comscore may also collect personal information from surveys conducted on behalf of our clients. In these instances, the clients are the controllers.
