Comscore was excited to announce last week that our digital media solutions platform, Digital Analytix® was rated as a ‘Strong Performer’ in the TrustRadius Digital Analytics TrustMap™ for Enterprises in theirfirst ever Buyer’s Guide to Digital Analytics Software. The report revealed that Digital Analytix received a higher ‘average rating among enterprises’ than Webtrends, IBM Digital Analytics, KISSmetrics, Piwik, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics Premium.

Digital Analytix is a unique product to Comscore that allows our clients to combine their own data with Comscore’s data to provide a deeper understanding of their customers’ journeys across digital assets.

By maintaining an open communication channel with our users and the industry in general, we gain a deeper understanding about how Digital Analytix is used in the market as well as what additional requirements and capabilities are in demand. It’s this feedback, as well as our industry expertise , that continues to strengthen our position as an innovative, digital measurement company at the forefront of key industry trends.
For example, we launched Digital Analytix Multi-Platform in 2013 which enables enterprises to
unify users across devices and platforms using a proprietary methodology to measure the actual number of people engaging with a property, as well as exactly what those customer journeys look like. We all consume content in different ways given the various devices we have access to throughout the day such as smartphones, tablets, PC’s, e-Readers, Over the Top Video (OTT) video players – the list goes on and on. Digital Analytix Multi-platform solves a fundamental problem for businesses today, as they try to optimize user experience and increase conversions through various marketing strategies.
Another challenge we have recognized in the industry that particularly affects many publishers and broadcasters is how to measure the size and behavior of their total audience – across all owned and operated properties – around the world. To solve for this problem, Comscore created the ‘Global Audience Number’ within the Digital Analytix platform. This solution allows content providers to drive online ad revenue by giving the media buying community a complete picture of their entire global audience, irrespective of their users’ location and whether they exist on PC, mobile, or tablet.
In addition to solving for overarching industry challenges, the Digital Analytix product team actively observes user behavior and incorporates user feedback to drive product roadmap planning. Our recently launched Digital Analytix Focus user interface is an example of this process in action. Driven by user behavior and feedback regarding a desire to provide data access throughout the enterprise, this UI was developed to provide an easy way for both casual and power users to jump right into frequently requested reports and data to quickly discover actionable business insights.
