A+E Networks will gain initial access to Comscore’s unduplicated video campaign measurement across linear TV, OTT, desktop and mobile
RESTON, VA, Nov. 12, 2018 – Comscore, a trusted currency for planning, transacting and evaluating media across platforms, today announced that global content company, A+E Networks®, will join other leading media companies as a beta partner for Comscore Campaign Ratings, Comscore’s new cross-platform video ad measurement solution. This news comes on the heels of the launch of the beta program in September of this year.
“As consumers are engaging with HISTORY®, LIFETIME® AND A&E® programming across multiple platforms, it is important that we understand and measure the impact of advertising,” said Don Robert, EVP Research, at A+E Networks. “Our goal is to measure the unduplicated audience across linear TV and digital platforms so that no audience is discounted.”
“The widespread embrace of Campaign Ratings among leading media properties is proof-positive that the industry is eager to evolve how media is quantified and measured in a cross-platform environment,” said Bryan Wiener, CEO of Comscore. “We’re thrilled to welcome A+E Networks to the program and look forward to scaling and evolving this product with their partnership.”
